1. About Our Service
LG Repair Service is an independent, third-party washing machine repair service provider. We are NOT affiliated
with, endorsed by, or connected to LG Electronics or any other washing machine manufacturer. We provide repair,
maintenance and installation services for washing machines of various brands.
2. Service Booking
- Services can be booked through our website form, by phone call, or via WhatsApp.
- We will contact you to confirm the appointment and provide an estimated time of arrival.
- Service availability depends on technician availability in your area.
- We aim to provide same-day or next-day service for most requests, subject to availability.
3. Pricing and Payment
- A diagnosis fee and estimated repair cost will be shared with you before any work begins.
- You have the right to accept or decline the quoted price before repair work starts.
- Payment is due upon completion of the repair service.
- We accept cash and UPI payments.
- Prices may vary depending on the type of problem, parts required, and machine model.
4. Warranty
- Repairs are backed by a service warranty covering the specific repair performed.
- Warranty period and coverage will be communicated at the time of service.
- Warranty does not cover new problems unrelated to the original repair.
- Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period.
5. Cancellation and Refund
- You may cancel a scheduled appointment up to 2 hours before the technician's arrival at no charge.
- Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment may incur a visit charges fee.
- If a repair cannot be completed, you will only be charged for the diagnosis/visit, not the full repair cost.
- Refunds for advance payments will be processed within 7 business days.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We exercise reasonable care during repairs. However, LG Repair Service is not liable for pre-existing damage
or issues unrelated to our repair work.
- We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or recalls.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific repair service provided.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website (text, images, layout, design) is owned by LG Repair Service.
- Brand names, logos and product names mentioned (e.g., LG) are property of their respective owners and are used
only to identify the products we service.
- You may not reproduce, distribute or use our website content without written permission.
8. User Conduct
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Be available at the scheduled appointment time.
- Treat our technicians with respect.
- Not use our services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which
describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued
use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
